The New Hoya Register is your gift from the Alumni Association upon joining the Georgetown community.  You will receive your copy when you arrive on campus and check in at the NSO Registration tent.  This pictorial guide is especially designed for the new students of Georgetown University. It features photos and facts on other new students, and helpful information about campus life and the Alumni Association.

This information can be completed online by visiting the Herff Jones website.  You will need the following information:

• The Georgetown University code, which is 5579

• An electronic photo of yourself, that meets the Herff Jones specifications:

  • Resolution should be at least 225 dpi Image file format should be TIF, EPS, JPG, or GIF. File name should not have any spaces and should not include apostrophes, commas, forward or backward slashes.(smithjohn.tif) Image should be at least 85 x 117 pixels or 1 3/16 x 1 5/8 inches.
  • Image should be smaller than 5 MB.

Remember, this photo will be a permanent part of your new Hoya experience!
